Stop eating Vegetable Oils for better health

The purpose of this post is to spread the news of my recent research into fats and oils.

Eliminate all vegetable oils from you diet. There.... done. You can stop reading now,

unless you want reasons for said conclusion. In that case, read on.

They cause distress and inflammation to the body and this sets up

all kinds of disease producing outcomes. Only use Olive, Coconut or Butter.

This outcome is another result of large corporate interests after world war 2.

Palm oil, coconut oil, butter and beef fat used to be

what everyone used to cook with. But when companies started producing

products in boxes, those fats were too expensive and also didn't last as long

in the box. Soy oil is incredibly cheap and that begat margarine produced with

an added hydrogen atom (partially hydrogenated soybean oil). Used to be

margarine was made with palm oil and not hydrogenated. It's solid at room temp.

It's very hard to get rid of soy or canola or safflower oil though. It's in almost all packaged foods,

restaurants fry everything in it now (used to be beef fat which was actually healthier)

and even animals that are fed from soy and veggie feed, which is

pretty much all of them except grass fed beef.

If nothing else, certainly don't eat partially hydrogenated oils, called transfats.

They are not fats at all and your body has no idea what to do with it,

so it causes inflammation and disease.

If you take a look at disease rates in this country, starting in the mid 50s to today,

there is a strong correlation to be made between the increased use of soy oil

and increased rates of heart disease and cancers.

If you add to that the increased intake of sugar mostly from soda, you get a

picture of Americans that are overweight and diseased like never in our history.

Some people might chirp up, "what about the longevity number getting higher?"

With drugs and hospitals, some folks are living longer only with heavy drug use,

with important organs removed causing all manor of issues, plus there's arthritis,

diabetes, etc. The quality of life is questionable with these interventions, but the

longevity numbers do not take into account such matters as quality of living, just living.
